O&M Management Services, LLC is a water utility management company. We operate and manage community water systems in Bulloch, Bryan, Effingham, Chandler, and Toombs counties. As the management company we operate and maintain the wells and water system infrastructure in a manner that complies with all Rules and Regulations set forth by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Environmental Protection Division. We are also responsible for processing billing and payments as well as reading all water meters and responding to all service calls 24/7 365.
